Professional Vision \u2013 Architect and Interior Space Designer<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

After nine years of professional experience in the hotel construction sector in Costa Rica\u2014where I coordinated large-scale projects for international chains\u2014I chose to return to a more personal and creative practice of architecture. It was in Caracas, Venezuela, that I founded my first interior architecture studio, starting with a project that remains emblematic of my approach today.<\/p>\n

It was a complete renovation of a first apartment for a young professional couple: a project where attentive listening, optimized volumes, tailor-made design, and meticulous attention to detail came together to create a fluid, elegant, and comfortable space. This project laid the foundation of my method: a holistic vision, where every design decision serves a clear purpose, fosters a harmonious atmosphere, and ensures quality execution.<\/p>\n

Since settling in France in 2015, I have deepened my expertise by working in three architecture firms and design offices. These experiences strengthened my technical skills, the precision of my approach, and my ability to manage complex projects.<\/p>\n

Today, with Lin\u00e9a Terra<\/strong>, I am fully dedicated to what drives me most: the architectural design of interior spaces. I design and manage renovation and layout projects, combining aesthetic sensitivity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail. From initial concept to final delivery, I offer comprehensive and personalized support\u2014driven by dialogue, precision, and quality.<\/p>\n
